Our future in the clouds

Google Cloud Space at Sunnyvale HQ is designed as a hub of inspiration and learning, empowering visitors to explore innovative solutions with Google Cloud tech.

Previous exhibits were fun and interactive but needed stronger customer stories and product demos. The client aimed to create impactful fully-functional demos to show that Google Cloud is truly enterprise-ready.

This project had many moving parts, with different teams handling everything from shelf construction to tech design.

My role started with creating the interface for the “magic mirror” interactive display, followed by designing signage and mock items, like medical and bank cards, for the demos. I also designed an app interface for “purchasing” coffee at the lobby stand.

And all of this had to adhere to Google’s strict design guidelines, which are known for their minimalist aesthetic.
